In short: if a generation fails, the credit goes straight back to your balance. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days. Plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
1. Failed generations
If a portrait can't be made, or the result is held back by our safety check, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.
2. Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. A pack counts as unused when none of its credits have been spent. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
3. Plans
You can cancel a Basic, Plus or Pro plan at any time from Billing in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan and its credits stay available until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email support@festivelooks.com from the address you use to sign in and include the date of the purchase. We reply as soon as we can, and approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it.
5. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under consumer law where you live.
