Is there a free trial?
Your first holiday photo is free with a free account, and you don't need to enter payment details to make it. You only pay when you want more.
Should I pick a plan or a credit pack?
Pick a pack if you only need a handful of photos for this season: you pay once and the credits never expire. Pick a plan if you'll make photos every month or for several holidays: you get credits every month at a lower price per photo.
Do plan credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits are valid until your next renewal. On a yearly plan you get the same credits every month, and they add up until the yearly renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account. Your plan and its credits stay available until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Can I change plans?
Not mid-period yet. Cancel from Billing, keep your plan until the period you paid for ends, then pick the new plan here. Credit packs can be bought at any time, on top of any plan.
What if a generation fails?
The credit goes straight back to your balance, including when a result is held back by our safety check.
How do I pay, and is tax included?
You pay on the secure checkout page of our payment provider, Waffo, which shows the payment methods available where you live. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for the details.
Do credits work for every holiday?
Yes. The same balance works for Christmas now and for every holiday and tool we add later.
Which AI model makes the photos?
Every portrait is made with Nano Banana 2, Google's Gemini image model, from one of our predefined holiday looks. Each photo costs 1 credit, whatever look you choose.
