In short: make holiday portraits of yourself and of people and pets you have permission to photograph. No sexual, violent, hateful, child-unsafe, impersonating or infringing content. Every upload is safety-checked before generation, and you can report misuse to support@festivelooks.com.
1. What FestiveLooks is for
FestiveLooks turns a photo you upload into a holiday portrait using an AI image model (Nano Banana 2, Google's Gemini image model). You choose one of our predefined holiday looks; you cannot type your own prompts. Upload only photos you own or have permission to use, and make sure everyone in the photo agrees. For children, you should be their parent or guardian.
2. Prohibited content
You may not upload photos, or try to create images, that contain or promote:
- 1 路 Sexual or NSFW content, including nudity or sexually suggestive images.
- 2 路 Violence or gore, including graphic injury, weapons used against people or self-harm.
- 3 路 Hate speech or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or similar characteristics.
- 4 路 Any unsafe content involving children. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualized depiction of minors are strictly forbidden and are reported to the authorities.
- 5 路 Deepfakes or impersonation: images meant to deceive, harass or impersonate someone, including using a photo of another person without their consent or depicting public figures in a misleading way.
- 6 路 Copyright or trademark infringement: photos you don't have the right to use, or attempts to reproduce protected characters, logos or brands.
You also may not use FestiveLooks for anything illegal, try to get around our safety checks, overload the service or access other people's accounts.
3. How we review content
- Before generation: every uploaded photo passes an automated safety check. Photos that fail are refused and nothing is generated; refused attempts do not use credits.
- Fixed looks only: portraits are made only from our predefined holiday looks, so the service cannot be steered with free-text prompts.
- Reports: reports from users are reviewed by our team, and we may also review content when we find signs of misuse.
4. What happens when the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- remove the content;
- refuse further uploads or generations;
- cancel or freeze credits;
- suspend or close the account.
Illegal content, including any CSAM, is reported to the relevant authorities. Refunds are not owed for credits removed because of a violation.
5. How to report content
If you find content made with FestiveLooks that breaks this policy, or a photo of you was used without your consent:
- Email support@festivelooks.com with "Report" in the subject.
- Include a link to the content or a description of it, and why you are reporting it.
- We aim to reply within 2 business days. When a report is confirmed, we remove the content and act on the account as described above, and we let you know the outcome.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as the service grows. Significant changes are announced on the site, and the date above shows the latest version. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
