In short: your photos are used only to make and safety-check the portraits you ask for. They are private to your account, uploads are deleted after 7 days and portraits after 30 days, and we never sell them or use them to train our own models.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your email address and name, or the basic profile your sign-in provider shares with us (for example Google).
- Your photos and portraits: the photos you upload and the portraits you make.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Waffo; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data: such as which looks you tried, your browser, approximate country and IP address, used to run the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
2. How we use your photos
We send your photo to our image generation provider only to make the portrait you asked for, and to our content safety provider to check uploads and results. We do not use your photos for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to train our own models.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. If other people appear in the photo, make sure they agree; for children, you should be their parent or guardian.
3. How long we keep them
- Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload.
- Portraits are deleted automatically 30 days after they are made.
- You can delete any portrait earlier from My creations.
- Account and purchase records are kept while your account is open and as long as the law requires afterwards (for example for tax records).
4. Who processes your data
We use trusted providers to run FestiveLooks: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), our AI image generation provider, our content safety provider, Waffo (payments), our email provider (account and receipt emails) and, if you choose it, Google sign-in. They process data only to provide their service to us.
5. Cookies
We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make the site work. Where required, we ask before using analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
6. Your choices
- Delete portraits at any time from My creations.
- Export your data or delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your photos, portraits and profile.
- Ask us about the data we hold about you, or to correct it, by email.
FestiveLooks is not meant for children under 13, and children should not create accounts.
7. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let signed-in users know.
